Privacy Policy

Desert Drones Namibia respects your privacy. We only use information you send us—such as your name, contact details, project location, and brief—to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, plan work, deliver agreed services, and meet legal or operational obligations.

Information and communication

Quote requests sent through the website form are saved in a private site inbox so we can review and respond to them. We do not sell personal information. We may retain project correspondence and delivery records for reasonable business, safety, accounting, and legal purposes. Email and WhatsApp are provided as convenient contact methods; please do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for your project.

Website data and optional analytics

This website may receive standard technical request information needed for security and reliable delivery. When Google Analytics is configured, it loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” It measures public page visits, traffic sources, contact-button clicks, and successful quote submissions. Names, contact details, project briefs, and private inbox pages are excluded from our analytics events. Advertising personalization is disabled. Choosing “No thanks” does not affect the quote form or contact links. You can withdraw permission using “Privacy choices”; this stops collection and removes this site's Google Analytics cookies on your device.

Google processes analytics data under its own policies. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Quote alerts

When email alerts are configured, Resend delivers a notification to our business inbox that a request has been received. The alert links to the private quote inbox and does not contain your submitted contact details or project brief. Your request stays saved if an email alert cannot be sent.

Images and project material

Client imagery and project data are handled according to the agreed brief. Publication in our portfolio or marketing should be agreed with the client where the work is not already public.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information we no longer need, subject to legal and contractual requirements.
